“The Vampire Diaries” executive producer Bob Levy has promised that he would work hard to make the show crossing path with “Gossip Girl“. The idea is to have either Nina Dobrev’s Elena visiting the Upper East Side or Leighton Meester’s Blair coming to Mystic Falls.

Proposed with the idea, Levy said, “I love that idea!” He added to E! Online, “We’re gonna work on that. You have my word.” Dobrev herself is excited at making a cameo on another show. “Oh my god, I would love to be on ‘Gossip Girl’,” she said. “I feel like it’s hard to do because we’re both so busy. But I would love to, and I would for her to be on our show. Leighton would make a great vampire, I think!”
Beside the cramped schedule, Dobrev would also have to think about the shooting location. “Vampire” production takes place in Atlanta while “Gossip” shoots in New York. “The trick is tearing Nina away from Atlanta,” Levy thought about a solution. “She’s in almost every scene of every episode. So it’s hard scheduling-wise to work that out. But I love that pitch! Good pitch. We’re gonna work to make it happen.”
In real life, Nina Dobrev and Leighton Meester are friends. They met while shooting for “The Roommate“, a psychological thriller about a deranged college freshman which will be screened in U.S. theaters on September 17.
Adam Lambert has come clean that he wants to guest star on “Gossip Girl” because of the lead actor. “As long as I can do a scene opposite Chace Crawford, I’d be happy,” the singer told PopEater. “I just want a couple moments where I can just look and be like, ‘Hmmmm.’ Just some eye contact and I’ll be really happy.”

Adam previously denied an appearance on “Glee” on Twitter and went on having a wish list to make a cameo on other shows. Citing “Gossip”, he said at that time that Leighton Meester was the luring factor. Adam elaborated he would be the perfect fit as Blair’s shopping buddy.
Regarding his wish to have a role on “True Blood“, Adam said he would love the idea of having a glampire. “Maybe this vampire was an underground performer at clubs like Fangtasia and he’s part of a new movement of vampire that is in the public eye and isn’t afraid to embrace his vampire nature onstage and off,” he said. “I’m sure anybody that’s a fan of ‘True Blood’ understands the social undercurrent of the show, and it would kind of make a lot of sense.”
If he would to appear on “Weeds“, then Adam wants something out of his box. “I’d either be very sober and against the lifestyle just to kind of be ironic, or I’d be like a drug dealer or something. I just would want to go to two extremes of things that I would never be,” he told PopEater. “That would be pretty funny.”
Looks like the Gossip Girl
cast parties hard on and off set — while also carrying on the rich kid temperament of their on-screen counterparts. According to a new bit of gossip, the pack—led by Leighton Meester and Ed Westwick—acted rowdy on Tuesday night at Philippe restaurant in NYC.
The cast was loud, cursing and talking which led to customers complaints, a witness at the restaurant told the NY Post.
The situation heated up when one man at a table of lawyers and investment bankers politely asked Leighton to watch her language, and she responded brashly, “f – – – you! How dare you tell us to keep it down?”
“Other girls in their party were being really nasty, too,” the source continued.
To mediate the situation, Ed made a plea for peace.
“Don’t worry about my friends,” he said. “We should all be happy. Let’s hug it up, guys.”
The source took the opportunity to hug Ed.
The actors reps and Philippe staff declined to comment.
Earlier that evening, the cast joined together at Henri Bendel’s in NYC to celebrate the publication of You Know You Want It.
Eric Daman — costume designer for the hit CW show — wrote the book about style, inspiration and confidence. Leighton, whose on-screen character, Blair Waldorf, is always dressed in the latest and greatest, appropriately contributed the foreword.
Missing at the event were Chase Crawford and Penn Badgley, leaving Penn’s girlfriend Blake Lively to fly solo.

This just in: Leighton Meester is the worst gossip giver ever!
We ran into the Gossip Girl goddess at the opening of Klutch nightclub in Miami and she seemed to spill some very big beans on what’s ahead on her CW show:
“Someone is pregnant!”
After searching high and low, near and far, and in every imaginary OB/GYN office on the Upper East Side we have concluded: That mischievous little minx was talking about freaking Dorota. Yes, Dorota! You know, Blair’s hired hand? And this wouldn’t be such a letdown if we didn’t already know this info ages ago when it was revealed on the show.
Why yes, yes it is. What would Blair Waldorf think?
Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester went out with flair last night to the American Eagle flagship store opening in New York City.

The sultry actress, who is now trying her hand at a music career with her new single, “Somebody to Love,” showed up to the opening in a short leather dress with a bandeau top underneath, and later changed into multi-colored leggings, studded ankle boots, and a top-knot hairdo for an unprecedented, ultra-mod look.
Meester also performed at the event. Check out a fan video of her appearance, after the jump.
