BURBANK, CA – Here’s the dish, GG fans: Warner Home Video is bringing all 22 juicy episodes of Gossip Girl: The Complete Fourth Season to DVD on August 23 to keep fans clued in to the buzz, secrets and scandals of Manhattan’s elite. Developed for television by Josh Schwartz (The O.C., Chuck) and Stephanie Savage (The O.C.), Gossip Girl stars many of young Hollywood’s hottest talent: Blake Lively, Leighton Meester, Penn Badgley, Chace Crawford, Taylor Momsen, Ed Westwick, and Jessica Szohr, with Kelly Rutherford and Matthew Settle. The five-disc set includes all 22 one-hour episodes from the fourth season, and nearly an hour of never-before-seen special features including two all-new featurettes, unaired scenes, and a gag reel. Gossip Girl: The Complete Fourth Season is priced to own on DVD at $59.98 SRP.

With its season finale getting closer each week, “Gossip Girl” may give a hint on who is Blair’s future fiance in the upcoming episode. In “The Princesses and the Frog” which will air May 2, Prince Louis Grimaldi will bend on his knee in front of Blair and possibly present her with a ring.

Blair’s dreams appear to be coming true, but Serena threatens to jeopardize it all by dredging up Blair’s past. Charlie (guest star Kaylee DeFer) befriends Vanessa, who may or may not have a hidden agenda. Meanwhile, Nate is torn between his relationship with Raina (guest star Tika Sumpter) and a truth he must keep hidden out of loyalty to Chuck.
It has been revealed before that Blair will choose the love of her life by the end of “Gossip Girl” season 4. But before that, she will find herself caught in a love rectangle involving Chuck, Dan, and Prince Grimaldi.

Lily awaits the consequences of confessing to her crime in the new episode of “Gossip Girl“. In addition to her mother CeCe (guest star Caroline Lagerfelt) and ex-husband William (guest star Billy Baldwin), Lily’s sister Carol (guest star Sheila Kelley) also comes in town to support her, but Lily is not expecting her presence.

Unbeknownst to Carol, who has always chosen to keep her daughter Charlie (guest star Kaylee DeFer) far away from the Upper East Side, Charlie has followed her to New York to meet Serena and the rest of the family. In the meantime, Dan and Blair deal with the aftermath of their kiss as Chuck realizes that he wants to win Blair back.
“The Kids Stay in the Picture” will air Monday, April 18 at 9/8c on The CW. This episode leading to the season 4 finale will see Blair grappling with the knowledge of whom she’s destined to be with.

Gossip Girl Season 4 Episode 19 Petty in Pink : SERENA IS SUSPICIOUS OF DAN AND BLAIR — Serena (Blake Lively) enlists Charlie (guest star Kaylee DeFer) to go undercover Gossip Girl-style to determine why Dan (Penn Badgley) and Blair (Leighton Meester) are spending so much time together, and what role an unexpected visitor is playing in their lives. With Nate’s (Chace Crawford) help, Raina (guest star Tika Sumpter) decides to go on a search for her long-lost mother. Chuck’s (Ed Westwick) hopes about his legacy are dashed with the reveal of devastating information from the past. Jessica Szohr, Kelly Rutherford and Matthew Settle also star. Liz Friedlander directed the episode written by Amanda Lasher (#419).
