Things are getting more and more complicated between Blair and her new teacher, Rachel Carr, in the next “Gossip Girl“. Blair devises a plan to bring down the teacher in retaliation for not playing by the unspoken rules of Constance Billard and finds it easier when she knows that Dan may have an affair with the young teacher.
In “Carnal Knowledge”, Serena spots Dan in a bar with Rachel. After Chuck wakes up in a hotel and only has a minor recollection of what happened the previous evening and who he spent the evening with, Nate and Vanessa try to help him fill in the missing pieces of what is turning out to be an increasingly intriguing mystery.
The episode will air Monday, February 2.
Meanwhile, a scoop from E! spills that a “former bigtime couple” are getting back together and it is neither Blair and Chuck or Nate and Jenny.

The students find out who is worthy of an early admission to Yale. Serena connects with a new Shakespeare teacher, who has no clue about what is going to happen when she gives Blair the first B grade in her life. Chuck pairs up with an unlikely ally in his battle over Bass Industries. Nate and Vanessa have a romantic night at the opera.

On the Monday, January 12 episode of Gossip Girl (2.15) “Gone with the Will” on The CW, we will find out what Bart Bass has left Chuck. Does he inherit everything?
But the bigger question is what’s up with Uncle Jack Bass (Desmond Harrington) and what’s the secret he shares with Blair (Leighton Meester)? Did they spend New Year’s Eve together? How will that change Chuck (Ed Westwick) and Blair’s relationship? And what’s Chuck doing with another girl in the limo? (Thank you Daniela for the tip)
As if Monday’s Gossip Girl wasn’t enough for us, they had to tease us with an awesome January 5 episode “In the Realm of the Basses” (2.14) where Chuck is teetering on the edge of a tall building (obviously drunk, of course) saying his favorite three words: “I’m Chuck Bass” while Blair freaks out from a distance.
Never fear B. I hear uncle Jack Bass (Desmond Harrington) will come to the rescue - finding Chuck in Bangkok.
Chuck is still working out his grief obviously and will get in trouble at school smoking hash. The headmistress tells Chuck she will forget the whole incident if he promises not to smoke again, but the defiant Chuck lights up a join in the office. (OMG!).
Also in this episode, Blair will defend Serena, Lily and Chuck from the Colony Club which Blair wants to join.
Besides Chuck and Blair, I’m sure there will be plenty of drama between Lily and Rufus as well as Dan and Serena. And who knows what will happen in the Nate-Vanessa-Jenny triangle?
